Familias
Log in as a family and go to the search section. 1- Enter basic details such as the date, care location, number of children, etc. 2- Click the search button and select your preferred babysitter(s). 3- a) Select in order – This sends the job offer sequentially to the babysitters you selected. This prioritizes confirmation based on your order of preference. Once one of your selected sitters accepts the offer, we will notify you so you can proceed with the corresponding digital payment. b) To all – This sends the offer simultaneously to all your selected sitters. Only the first one to accept gets the job. This helps speed up the hiring process. 4- Proceed with digital payment. Make the digital payment for the service as follows: -Full service – When you have NOT selected cash payment. -Kngurá commission – When you HAVE selected cash payment. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the babysitter.
Each worker sets their own hourly rate. There are also "add-ons" or special requests, which have an additional cost assigned within the app.
Yes. You request services at a time that is convenient for you. The platform will display a list of available workers for you to choose from. There is a minimum of 3 consecutive hours of service.

We accept over 135 currencies via Stripe, including digital wallets, cards, bank debits, and more. Some babysitters only accept payment in cash.
We encrypt your sensitive information and only display it—subject to your authorization—to the party you have hired.

Trabajadores
In the login section, select "Create Account." Fill in your details and select "WORKER" at the bottom. You will then proceed to the appropriate area.
Upon registration, you are required to provide a digital copy of an official form of identification (INE, passport, driver's license, etc.) and your CURP. The family hiring you will have access to this information to verify that the person hired through the platform is the same person arriving to perform the service.
Once the service is complete, we receive a notification when your checkout code—provided by the family—is scanned, and the payment is deposited into your account. For cash-based services, we will provide instructions regarding the family's payment settlement when processing your checkout code.
