How we verify nannies at Kngurá
Caring for your children is a matter of trust. Before a nanny can offer her services on Kngurá, she must complete an identity verification process.
Legal age
Only people aged 18 or older can sign up as nannies, based on their date of birth.
A CURP that matches the person
The CURP a nanny provides is checked against her name, surnames and date of birth. If it does not match, it is not accepted.
National ID (INE)
Each nanny uploads a photo of her INE, which is stored privately and used only for verification.
A real profile photo
A profile photo is required, so families know who will arrive at their home.
Review by our team
The Kngurá team reviews the submitted information and the profile is marked as under review or approved.
After verification
Families see the verification status on the nanny's profile and can request additional information from the app. Your personal data is handled according to our privacy notice.
